Hi, I’m Sabrina! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I know reaching out for therapy can sometimes feel like a big step. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment and without feeling like you need to have everything figured out.

I work with people who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or simply not quite like themselves lately. I also have a special passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and all of the emotions and changes that can come with those seasons of life.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Therapy with me isn’t about sitting in awkward silence or feeling like you’re being analyzed. We’ll talk openly, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and find practical ways to help you feel more grounded and confident in your everyday life.

You deserve a space where you can exhale, feel heard, and focus on you for a change. I’d be honored to be part of that process with you.
