Hi, I’m Lilia (she/her), and with you, I create a space to explore who you are, how you relate, and who you’re becoming.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way. I root my practice of therapy in curiosity and compassion for the ways our experiences, relationships, and environments influence how we cope, connect, and make meaning.

I support people navigating the intersections of culture, ethnicity, language, and identity, and the ways these experiences shape how we understand ourselves and move through the world. My lens is shaped by my work with adults and older adults from diverse backgrounds, experiencing grief, anxiety, burnout, relational challenges, and life transitions.

I integrate connection-based care with practical therapeutic tools, tailoring our work to your needs, values, and goals.
